Introduction
Every year thousands of businesses and citizens give up on public funding because tenders are unreadable: requirements buried in 80-page PDFs, hidden deadlines, insider-only terminology. BandiFacili.it exists to break that barrier: every tender must be scannable in five seconds and understandable without a consultant — while keeping the authority the institutional context demands.
Who it's for — startups and SMEs seeking funding, professionals assisting clients, associations and public bodies.
The tender card
Every tender is a card designed so you can judge it in two seconds. Elements are always in the same spots:
| Element | Where | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| Match | Top left | Percentage match with your profile (green / amber badge). |
| Deadline | Top right | Countdown with a semantic colour (see timeline). |
| Title & body | Card body | Tender name and issuing authority. |
| Amount & type | Card footer | Maximum amount and type of funding. |
Search and filters
Search starts from the filters that matter, so only tenders you can realistically get remain:
- Sector — the field of activity.
- Region / territory — where the beneficiary is based or operates.
- Beneficiary type — company, startup, freelancer, public body.
- Amount — the funding range you need.
Results sort by match or by deadline. No empty screens: if there's nothing, the platform offers to save your criteria as an alert.
In plain words
Every detail page opens with a summary in everyday language, two sentences max, answering the three fundamental questions: who can apply, how much they can get, what they must do. The official text is always one click away.
Eligibility check
The heart of the platform: a guided flow of at most five steps comparing your situation with the tender's requirements.
- Answer a few questions about the beneficiary (legal form, size, territory).
- State the project scope and the amount you need.
- The platform cross-checks answers against the requirements.
- You get an eligibility percentage with met and missing requirements listed.
- Save the result as a profile to reuse on future tenders.
Profile and alerts
The saved profile stores the beneficiary's characteristics and automatically filters future tenders. Alerts notify you when a compatible tender appears or a deadline approaches — with a hard limit: at most one email a day, never spam.
Deadline timeline
The timeline shows tracked and in-progress tenders in chronological order. Colour signals urgency:
| Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Red | Deadline within 7 days. |
| Amber | Deadline within 30 days. |
| Grey | Beyond 30 days. |
