OPVRAQ Docs

How we work

Four phases, always the same, for every project — from MVP to enterprise system. Engineering control applied to the process, not just the code.

The four phases

Every OPVRAQ project follows the same path, documented and verifiable. No phase is skipped, no decision stays in a black box.

01 · Analysis

Goal, constraints, risks. Before writing a line of code we define together what "it works" means: metrics, use cases, priorities.

Deliverable — shared analysis document and a first estimate.

02 · Architecture

System design: technologies, data flows, security. Every decision is documented and motivated.

Deliverable — technical architecture and release plan.

03 · Execution

Iterative development with verifiable releases. Every delivery is tested and measured against the phase-1 metrics. You see progress on real environments, not slides.

04 · Control

Monitoring, maintenance, evolution. A living system stays under control — or it is not a system. We define the level of post-release supervision together.

What we ask of you

  • A contact person who can decide, or say who decides.
  • Access to relevant systems and data, within confidentiality agreements.
  • Feedback on releases within agreed timelines: we keep the project pace together.

Confidentiality

Much of our work is covered by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Confidentiality extends to data: we only process what is needed, where it is needed. For details: info@opvraq.com.
