Public tenders,
finally clear.

BandiFacili.it is the group's platform that translates bureaucratic jargon into everyday language: search, eligibility checks and deadlines for Italian public tenders. Want to use it? Read the guide →

BandiFacili.it wordmark: the word Bandi in medium weight, Facili in light weight, .it in green

The wordmark plays on weight contrast: “Bandi” solid and institutional, “Facili” light and accessible. The green “.it” anchors the brand to its Italian identity.

The problem

Bureaucratic jargon is an access barrier.

Every year thousands of businesses and citizens give up on public funding because tenders are unreadable: requirements buried in 80-page PDFs, hidden deadlines, insider-only terminology.

The goal: a tender must be scannable in 5 seconds and understandable without a consultant at your side — while keeping the authority the institutional context demands.

The system

Clarity before design.

A complete brand system — palette, typography, design tokens, components — built on a single principle.

  • Navy #0A2540 Text, headers, brand
  • Green #00A878 CTA, success, match
  • Sand #F7F7F5 Background
  • Amber #FFB547 Approaching deadlines
  • Red #C44545 Critical deadlines
  • Graphite #525252 Secondary text

Typography

A 6-level scale with negative letter-spacing on headings — to avoid the “90s ministry document” effect. Weights from Light 300 to Medium 500.

Design tokens

Colour, spacing (4 px module), radius, motion and components defined in a token file following the W3C Design Tokens format — a single source of truth from Figma to code.

Accessibility

WCAG 2.1 AA as the minimum, AAA on primary text. Always-visible focus, touch targets ≥ 44 px, no information conveyed by colour alone. Compliant with Italian AgID guidelines.

UX patterns

Four choices that make the difference.

"In plain words"

Every tender opens with a summary in everyday language, two sentences max: who can apply, how much they can get, what they must do.

Eligibility check

A wizard of at most 5 steps returning an eligibility percentage and the list of met or missing requirements. Savable as a profile.

Deadline timeline

A chronological view of tracked tenders. Colour follows proximity: red ≤ 7 days, amber ≤ 30, graphite beyond.

Contextual glossary

Technical terms are explained in a popover, with a plain-language definition and a link to the official term.
